1. Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without prior notification, may be charged at the full session rate.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances: duplicate payments, overcharges, services not rendered due to clinic error, or if a treatment cannot proceed due to a clinical contraindication identified during assessment.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Completed treatment sessions are non-refundable. Dissatisfaction with clinical outcomes does not constitute grounds for a refund, as physiotherapy results vary between individuals and depend on many factors including compliance with prescribed exercises.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of the payment date via email or phone. Include your full name, appointment date, and reason for the request. We aim to process all valid refund requests within 10 working days.
5. Package & Prepaid Sessions
If you have purchased a package of sessions, unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis, minus any discount applied at the time of purchase. Used sessions will be charged at the individual session rate.
6. Insurance-Funded Treatments
For treatments funded by health insurance, any refund queries should be directed to your insurance provider in the first instance. We will cooperate fully with any investigation.
